Maintaining a family and keeping up a home takes a lot of hard work, and the best way to achieve a happy, healthy home would mean, no stress. But life has a way of throwing things at us that are out of our control. Today I want to share with you some ways my family handles life stressors.
Pray together
Every morning before we leave the house, my family gathers, and we pray, asking God to be with us, helping us with our day, to protect us, and to guide us.
bearing with one another, and forgiving one another,
if anyone has a complaint against another;
even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do.

Play together
Find a hobby or activity you can do as a family. My family likes to try new things. Recently we took an archery class together as a family. We also play board games, video games, bike rides, or a spontaneous adventure that is only hours away.
Communicate
Set time aside to find out what everyone is thinking about, how they are feeling, and ask how you can help.
It is important to set time aside just for you and your spouse without any distraction.
Health
Discover how the products you use could be affecting your health and the health of your family. The average home uses over 20 toxic chemicals a day, and over time toxins build up in your system and cause all kinds of health issues.
In my home, changes were made with certain sunscreen lotions, bath soaps, and laundry detergents. There is a great app called Think Dirty, and it allows you to scan a product before you purchase it. It tells you how toxic the product you are about to buy is.
Essential Oils are a constant in our home too for allergies, sleep, immune boosting, and sore muscles.
Diet
You will find a house full of food lovers in my home, but it is vital to have a healthy balanced diet.
Eat foods that are fresh and not processed.
Eat Fruits and Vegetables.
A happy, healthy home starts with you!
